Rim Golf Club Membership Info

The Rim Golf Club is a private, member-owned golf club formed as a nonprofit corporation under the Arizona Nonprofit Corporation Act to own social and recreational facilities and to operate for the benefit of its members and their authorized users and guests.

REGULAR MEMBERSHIPS (Equity Membership)
There are 295 Regular Memberships available to owners of real property in The Rim Golf Club. The present initiation fee for a Regular membership is $150,000. Present dues are $975.00 per month.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS
A corporation, partnership, trust, or other business or legal entity may hold membership in the Club, however, the use rights of such membership may be enjoyed by only one individual designated by the entity and such individual’s family. The Corporate designee may be changed no more than once in any calendar year.

Membership Privileges
Members and their families, which shall include the member’s spouse and their children under the age of 22, are entitled to use all of the Club facilities (golf course, practice range, putting green, locker facilities, golf shop, clubhouse and dining facilities, swimming pool, fitness center, and tennis) during operating hours. The club shall not charge green fees for members’ and their families’ entitled to use the golf course. Trail fees for privately owned golf carts are required.

**At the present time Rim Club Members can also play the Chaparral Pines golf course and enjoy the Clubhouse and dining facilities at no additional charge.**

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIPS
The Club may issue non-equity Social memberships to property owners within the Community who do not hold a Regular membership. Social members are entitled to use all the Club facilities except the Golf facilities (golf course, practice range, putting green, & locker facilities).

Honorary Members
The Club shall have the ability to grant up to 8 Honorary memberships to such persons or entities as the Managing Governor may determine in its sole discretion.

There are 59 Founder Members

Charter Members
There are 26 Charter Members

Chaparral Pines Reciprocal Members
There are 110 Reciprocal Members at the present time.
